HC500 Series
The HC500 Series is a modular controller platform for heater control systems, designed to provide precise control and diagnostic functions for heaters and electrical heater loads.
It supports industrial fieldbus communication such as PROFIBUS-DP and PROFINET, enabling reliable system monitoring and control in industrial automation environments.
The HC500 Series is a high-performance modular control solution that can replace conventional SSR-based control systems, providing real-time heater status diagnostics and early fault detection.
It has been applied to numerous production lines both in Korea and overseas, where its reliability and operational efficiency have been proven.
In addition, the HC500 Series eliminates the need for fuses and complex PLC wiring typically required in SSR-based systems, while significantly reducing electrical panel space. Ceramicx provides customized heating solutions tailored to customer materials and process requirements, utilizing short-wave, medium-wave, and long-wave infrared technologies.
Based on its design and manufacturing capabilities in Ireland, Ceramicx supplies products to more than 80 countries worldwide and has established proven reliability across a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, glass, and packaging.
Ceramicx ceramic and quartz infrared heaters operate reliably even in high-temperature environments, offering distinct advantages in terms of thermal efficiency and ease of installation.

JSYS simultaneously achieves improved operational stability, maintenance convenience,
and production efficiency.

by different companies or individuals, which can lead to communication issues,
schedule delays, and increased costs.
